Michael Cornell Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Michael Cornell founded Accellos in March of 2006. He has extensive executive management experience and a proven record of success in building software companies that pride themselves in innovation, customer service and delivering value to their stakeholders.
Prior to Accellos, Michael was CEO of NxTrend Technology, the leading provider of distribution-centric ERP software in North America. During his tenure at NxTrend, Michael dramatically improved shareholder value resulting in the ultimate sale of the company to Infor in June of 2004. Mike previously was President of JBA Americas.
Joel Kremke Chief Operating Officer Joel Kremke is one of the founders of Accellos. He has a passion for focusing on the results of the business without compromising the culture of the business. Prior to Accellos, Joel was VP of Sales and Marketing for the Distribution Business Unit of Infor Global Solutions. Under Joel’s watch, the Distribution Group integrated several acquisitions around the globe and grew organically at a pace significantly in excess of the underlying market dynamics. Joel previously was General Manager of JBA Americas. Ross Elliott Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer Ross Elliott is one of the founders of Accellos. He provides a blend of technical and business acumen that results in solutions that solve business problems in a technologically elegant fashion.
Prior to Accellos, Ross was the VP of Business Strategy for Infor Global Solutions. Ross worked with corporate marketing, sales and engineering to synthesize a strategy that provided value to the company and to its customers. Previously, Ross was the VP of Products and Strategy for NxTrend Technology.
Flint Seaton Chief Financial OfficerFlint Seaton is one of the founders of Accellos. While Flint’s primary focus is on the numbers, he is well versed in the overall operation of a software business and lends an invaluable perspective to the strategic direction of the company. Prior to Accellos, Flint was the CFO of Xaware, a worldwide provider of information integration, conversion, and exchange solutions based upon eXtensible Markup Language (XML) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Flint previously was the CFO of NxTrend Technology.
